PURPOSE: A window opening and closing device is provided to enable a user to rapidly replace a moving member, and to easily control power of a drive member, and to prevent rainwater and snow flowing in through an opened window. CONSTITUTION: A window opening and closing device comprises opening and closing members(10), power control members, and a control unit. The opening and closing member comprises a moving member(110) and a drive member(130). The moving member is geared with a guiderail(5a) of a window frame(5), and moves a window(7) left and right. The drive member transfers power to the moving member. The power control member controls the power transferred from the drive member. The control unit controls the power control members and the opening and closing members. |
