A process for preparation of honey fermented beverage comprises preparation of honey-hop mash, fermentation, clarification, blending, filtering and bottling. The honey mash is prepared separately by means of mixing of honey with water at the temperature of 30-50 °C and hop mash by means of boiling of mixture of hop and water in the ratio of 1:5-1:15 during 30-120 minutes. After that the hop mash is mixed with honey mash. |
