METHOD FOR INCREASE OF MICRO-HARDNESS AND WEAR-RESISTANCE OF STEEL

摘要

A method for increase of micro-hardness and wear-resistance of steel which comprises the application of a plaster on surface and laser alloying. The plaster containing 80-90 % Nb and 10-25 % liquid glass is applied on surface with thickness of layer 12 – 25 microns, laser alloying is carried out laser of continuous action with wave length of radiation 10.6 microns at 100 % blowing by nitrogen.
