PURPOSE: An outsole and footwear with the outsole are provide, which enable a user to walk comfortably and safely by causing the rolling effect, and keep the inner part of the shoes in the agreeable state. CONSTITUTION: An outsole comprises: a top elastic body(10) supporting the plantar; a bottom elastic body(20) which is combined to have the elasticity while forming a certain angle; a secondary elastic body which is formed in the heel part between the bottom elastic body and the top elastic body; and a sealing tape which is attached to the edge of the top elastic body and bottom elastic body. |
