<p>PURPOSE: A catalyst supply apparatus of a device for carbon nanotube synthesis is provided, which can quantify the supply quantity of the catalyst provided to a furnace and facilitate successive input of catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst supply apparatus of a device for carbon nanotube synthesis comprises: a hopper(1) which is composed in order to store a lot of catalyst; a first transfer device which consecutively transfers catalysts dropping from the hopper at the fixed quantity; a storage tank(2) in which the fixed quantity measuring device is installed; and a second transfer device which supplies the catalysts dropping at the fixed quantity to the furnace. The fixed quantity measuring device includes a measurement container(6), a load cell(7), and a rotating unit.</p> |
