PURPOSE: A semiconductor device, a data write circuit thereof, and a control method thereof are provided to prevent the degradation of data transmission speed by minimizing the coupling effect after latching input data according to a data transmission mode. CONSTITUTION: A latch(150~180) latches a plurality of data in response to the activation of a plurality of control signals. A controller(300) generates a plurality of control signals which are activated in the different timing. A multiplexer(110~140) varies the arrangement order of a plurality of data according to at least one among an address signal and a mode register set signal. The controller enables a part of data which is inputted at relatively earlier timing among a plurality of data to be latched earlier than the rest data.
