PURPOSE: Functional food for improvement of strength increase containing Korean mistleto extract is provided to enhance health of a body while maintaining a body temperature by drying Korean mistletoe stems after frozen-drying the stems. CONSTITUTION: Functional food contains Korean mistletoe extract as an active ingredient. The Korean mistletoe extract is mistletoe C or mistletoe H. The food is biscuits, snacks, or noodles etc. The biscuits are manufactured by using the mistletoe H 50g, flour 200g, rice flour 600g, white sugar 6g, margarine 6g, gluten 25g, salt 3g, and yeast 2g.
