PURPOSE: A NOx sensor module with a plurality of NOx sensors stacked is provided to manufacture a NOx sensor to be a small size by stacking the NOx sensor. CONSTITUTION: A NOx sensor module(20) with a plurality of NOx sensors stacked comprises a plurality of NOx sensors(21), a support unit and a plurality of wires(25). Each NOx sensor comprises a sensing part(21a) and a reference part(21b). The support unit supports a plurality of NOx sensors in the stacked state. The wires sequentially connect the stacked NOx sensors. The support unit is combined with each side of the laminated NOx sensors. The support unit comprises a support stand. The support stand is extended to the stacked direction of the NOx sensors.
