PURPOSE: A reflow device is provided to enhance the efficiency in heating a printed circuit board by radiating an infrared ray of appropriate wavelength towards the printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A reflow device(10) comprises a lower body(11) and an upper body(12). The upper body is coupled with the top of the lower body by a lifter. A printed circuit board transfer path(15) is formed between the lower body and the upper body. A printed circuit board is transferred from the printed circuit board transfer path. A conveyor(16) for transferring the printed circuit board is installed on the printed circuit board transfer path. The conveyor comprises a pair of chains which transfer the printed circuit board. A plurality of upper part infrared ray heater units(20) and a plurality of lower part infrared ray heater units(21) are arranged according to the printed circuit board transfer path.
