PURPOSE: An UV irradiation apparatus for manufacturing a dome sheet and a method thereof are provided to improve a keypad by removing the bubble inside the ultraviolet hardening ink layer. CONSTITUTION: A transparent plate(300) is arranged on a frame(502). An ultra-violet ray lamp(510) is arranged under the frame in order to irradiate the ultraviolet ray to the transparent plate. A mobile tool(520) transfers the ultra-violet ray lamp upward and downward. The mobile tool includes a first and a second cylinder. The first cylinder transfers the ultra-violet ray lamp controller to the first location under the control of a controller. The second cylinder transfers the ultra-violet ray lamp controller to the second location.
