<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting tool for a vehicle for restraining noise emission. <P>SOLUTION: An LED chip 20 and a metal plating 32 are connected via a bump 34, the LED chip 20 and a wiring pattern on an insulating layer 30 are connected via the bump 34, the metal plating 32 and a wiring pattern on a metal base 24 are connected with a wire bonding, and a wiring pattern on the insulating layer 30 and the wiring pattern on the metal base 24 are connected with the wire bonding. The LED chip 20 includes one of its electrodes electrically connected with a circuit component via a wiring pattern, and with the other electrode electrically connected with the metal base 24 via the metal plating 32 and a protrusion 26. That other electrode of the LED chip 20 becomes a GND potential and a whole of the metal base 24 plays a role of a GND plane, so that emission of radio noise is greatly restrained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
