PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device capable of actually executing radio communication using a perturbation vector. SOLUTION: The radio communication device includes: a perturbation vector addition part 103 for adding the perturbation vector to a data signal 14 of first transmission signals including a pilot signal 13 and the data signal 14 and obtaining second transmission signals including the pilot signal 13 and the data signal 15; a weight multiplication part 104 for multiplying a weight 18 for removing interference on the reception side by the data signal 15 of the second transmission signals and obtaining third transmission signals including the pilot signal 16 and the data signal 17; and a normalization coefficient multiplication part 105 for multiplying a common normalization coefficient for normalizing a total transmission power by the data signal 17 of the third transmission signals and obtaining fourth transmission signals.
