PREPARATION METHOD OF ELECTROSTATICS IMAGE DEVELOPING TONER HAVING THE IMPROVED GLOSS AND LOW FIXING TEMPERATURE PROPERTIES

PURPOSE: A producing method of an electrostatics image development toner is provided to minimize an agglomeration between micro particles of materials for the toner, and to improve the low temperature fixation and offset resistance. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an electrostatics image development toner comprises a step of melting roll-mixing a material for the toner including a high softening point and low softening point polyester resins as a binder inside a material inputting unit with more than one material inserting hole(A,B,C), a kneading unit(2) and an extruder including a discharging unit of the melted material under the temperature condition marked as general equation 1~3. The general equation 1 is 0.5(Ta+Tb)-50deg C<=T(1)<=0.5(Ta+Tb)+30deg C and 0.5(Ta+Tb)-50deg C<=T(1)<=0.5(Ta+Tb)+30deg C. The general equation 2 is 0.5(Ta+Tb)+20deg C<=T(2)<=Ta+60deg C and 0.5(Ta+Tb)+20deg C<=T(2)<=Ta+60deg C. The general equation 3 is 0.5(Ta+Tb)-25deg C<=T(3)<=0.5(Ta+Tb)+45deg C and 0.5(Ta+Tb)-25deg C<=T(3)<=0.5(Ta+Tb)+45deg C.
