A method of formulating a nutritional supplement and related nutritional supplements are taught. The method involves the steps of identifying the target population, identifying the genetic haplogroups present in the target population, and then identifying the ancestral migratory pathways for each haplogroup present in the target population. After identification of the migratory pathways for each haplogroup present in the target population, the major geographic regions along each migratory pathway where the haplogroups spent significant time are identified. Based on the major geographic regions identified, natural whole foods indigenously present in major geographic regions are then identified and incorporated into a nutritional supplement. |
