A REMOVAL METHOD OF CHLORIDES IN OIL

PURPOSE: A method for removing chlorides in oil is provided to completely eliminate chlorine and chlorine ions which are included in the oil after detoxification decomposition process of a chlorine compound and to be economically used by eliminating the chlorine using a simple process. CONSTITUTION: A method for removing chlorides in oil comprises the following steps: creating an insoluble chlorine compound by adding an additive which is chemically bonded with chlorine and chlorine ions to the oil; precipitating the insoluble chlorine compound by adding coagulant to the oil passing through the previous step; and eliminating the crated precipitate using a pressure reduction method, a pressure filtrate method, or natural sedimentation method.
