<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of side-wall panel for reducing cost and for easily absorbing such an installation error that an anchor metal fitting is misaligned in the horizontal and vertical direction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The structure includes: a mounting metal fitting (5) of L-shaped cross section which elongates in the vertical direction and whose one end at the rising face is fixed on a skeleton column (2) so that its horizontal face is in parallel to the wall panel (1); a mounting metal fitting (6, 9) whose one end is fixed on the wall panel (1) at the middle portion in the vertical direction near an end in the longitudinal direction; a zigzag plate (7, 10) whose one end is fixed on the other wall panel (1) at the middle portion in the vertical direction near the other end in the longitudinal direction. The other end of the mounting metal fitting (6, 9) is fixed on the other end of the rising face or on the outdoor side of the horizontal face of the mounting metal fitting (5).
