PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container for wall hanging product by which the installation can easily be performed without lifting a wall hanging product, and which can suppress scratches on a floor surface. SOLUTION: The packaging container for wall hanging product includes: a packaging box which houses the wall hanging product fixedly mounted to a wall surface by bringing the rear surface into contact with the wall surface of a building, and has a bottom surface section for covering at least the bottom surface of the wall hanging product; and a tray which is mounted on the bottom surface section in the packaging box. The tray supports the wall hanging product while separating the product upward from the bottom surface section of the packaging box so as to align the attaching height of the wall hanging product to the floor surface of the building.
