PURPOSE: A light source package, a LCD including a light source package and a manufacturing method thereof with a package case are provided to increase an emission area and reduce the cost. CONSTITUTION: A package case includes a bottom plate(1410) and light source mounting plate(1460) including a bottom plate panel. The light source mounting plate is bent form at least one end of a bottom plate and has plate part and the first angle of inclination. A light resource is mounted on the light source mounting plate. A package reflector(1480) is formed in inside of the package case to have a plate part of bottom plate and the second angle of inclination.
