<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a possibility for traffic control to be confused, even when a signal containing false information is transmitted within a communication area. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a road-side communicator 2 including a communication area A for performing wireless communication with a mobile communicator 3 that moves on a road.
