PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image processing program and an image processing method which can accurately detect a notice target portion from an image obtained by imaging the inside of a body lumen. SOLUTION: An image acquisition part 11 obtains an image constituted of a plurality of wavelength components obtained by imaging the inside of a body lumen. An area division part 16 divides the image into a plurality of areas based on the value of a specific wavelength component specified in accordance with a degree of absorption or scattering in a living body out of a plurality of wavelength components constituting the obtained image. A pathological change portion specification part 17 specifies a notice target portion in an area by using a determination standard set in each area divided by the area division part 16.
