<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventionally, visual check or notes are used for checking for fire and lockup before leaving home or office or for preventing a person from forgetting to take medicines, while a fire or theft occurs when he or she fails or forgets to check them or falls sick when he or she forgets to periodically take medicines. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Individual tags for a gas main cock, fire extinguishing of a stove, lockup, and extinction, or the like which are to be checked before leaving home or office, and a tag for the medicines to be taken periodically are operated, thereby preventing the person from failing to check them or forgetting to take medicines.
