PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static apparatus having a wound iron core with an iron core characteristic improved therein by segmentation of a magnetic path inside the wound iron core. SOLUTION: The iron core for the static apparatus is constituted by using two or more kinds of magnetic materials with different permeabilities, so as to form lamination blocks by a single wound iron core or overlapping the plurality of wound iron cores, and alternately arranging the lamination blocks with the different permeabilities from the inner circumference. The iron core material with the larger permeability between the iron core materials with the different permeabilities is arranged on the side of the inner circumference. When the iron core materials with the different permeabilities are alternately arranged, the thickness of the iron core materials with the same permeability is gradually changed, so as to mitigate the excessive magnetic flux density distribution in the iron cores.
