PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening closing means enabling a caregiver to cut necessary parts of a garment to easily open and close, in view of the fact that a garment opening only in front is inconvenient to a sick person who needs care, and in some cases, when there is a garment allowing to easily open back, side and arm parts, convenient and gentle caregiving become possible, but like in this case, it is troublesome to attach a button or a Hook-and-Loop fastener to a conventional garment by a conventional method, and such a garment is not satisfactory. SOLUTION: A joining Y shape auxiliary tape is obtained by making a base piece part by applying a heat compression adhesive to one side of a wide tape, folding in half the product in the width direction by putting the surface applied with a heat compression adhesive into the inside, and sticking by heat compression nearly a half from the folded side of the width of folding in half, and making two narrow pieces by putting the rest without being heat-compressed into an opening state.
