<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide mechanism preventing an electric wire from being caught in a movable body when relatively moving devices are connected with each other by the electric wire. <P>SOLUTION: The guide mechanism 100 includes: a guiding body 31 having a guiding trajectory; the movable body 32 to be guided to move along the guiding trajectory; a coil-shaped elastic body 102 whose one end is connected to the movable body 32 to extend from the one end along the guiding body 31; and first and second support bodies 106 and 108 for supporting the elastic body 102 along the guiding body 31.
