<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide bearing of simple structure easy to handle and reliable on operation thereof. <P>SOLUTION: This slide bearing has at least one or more bearing shells 10, 110 and 210 for housing components to be supported. The bearing shell has two grooves that run in the circumferential direction on its slide surfaces 13, 113, 213 and 313, into which guide elements for lubricant are fitted.
