<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for fixing a guide rod, which enables the guide rod to be fixedly set for a central axis of a hollow column with a diameter of an arbitrary size. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of upper arm portions comprise a plurality of fixing arm portions for an upper arm, and a plurality of length adjusting arm portions for the upper arm. A plurality of lower arm portions comprise a plurality of fixing arm portions for a lower arm, and a plurality of length adjusting arm portions for the lower arm. Connecting portions between lower ends of the plurality of upper arm portions and upper ends of the plurality of lower arm portions are bent toward an inner peripheral surface of the hollow column as a movable portion attached in such a manner as to be movable upward and downward with respect to the guide rod descends along the guide rod.
