<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for estimating alcohol concentration in fuel more accurately estimating alcohol concentration in fuel. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When air fuel ratio feed back control is executed by a feedback control means, a change means properly changes a reference value of a feedback correction value of air fuel ratio feedback control according to an operation state of an engine. A correction value change degree operation means operates change degree of the correction value based on the changed reference value. A concentration estimation means estimates alcohol concentration in fuel based on the change degree of correction value, and updates alcohol concentration estimation value.
