MOBILE COMMUNICATION METHOD, MOBILE STATION, AND WIRELESS ACCESS NETWORK DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform circuit switched communication (both call origination and call termination) even while a mobile station UE is performing awaiting in a LTE (Long Term Evolution) system. SOLUTION: The mobile communication method includes steps of: transmitting instruction information instructing a function AS to perform cell selection of a second communication system in the case where predetermined information is received which indicates that a radio base station eNB of a first communication system is related to initiation of circuit switched communication; instructing a function EMM to start circuit switched communication from the function AS that has received the instruction information; instructing a function MM to start circuit switched communication from the function EMM that has received the instruction from the function AS; selecting a cell of the second communication system at the function AS that has received the instruction information; and establishing a link for circuit switched communication via the selected cell of the second communication system by the function MM that has received the instruction from the function EMM.
