<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve anticrime reliability by obtaining a cylinder lock capable of undergoing a force resisting an act of destruction using a drilling tool. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This cylinder lock 100 includes: an outer cylinder 17 in which an inner cylinder 15 having a keyhole 13 in a front surface 11 is turnably and internally provided; a locking bar 19 which is retreatably protruded toward the outer cylinder 17 from the inner cylinder 15, and which can regulate the turning of the inner cylinder 15; a protrusive streak 23 which is formed along the direction of an axis line G on the outer peripheral surface 17a of the outer cylinder 17, and which has a groove 21 enabling the protrusion of the locking bar 19 in the direction of regulating rotation; and an outer cylinder cover 35 which has a central opening hole 25 for the exposure of the keyhole in a front plate 27, in which a fitting groove 29 for being fitted to the protrusive streak 23 is provided on an inner surface in a direction along the axis line G, and which makes the outer cylinder 17 attached from a rear portion 33. The cylinder lock 100 is provided with a pin insertion hole which is drilled in the direction of a straight line connecting both ends of an arc of an inner peripheral circle of the outer cylinder cover 35 and which is arranged in the front plate 27 except the central opening hole 25, and a superhard pin 41 which is fitted into the pin insertion hole and made of a rigid material.
