PURPOSE: A volatile organic compound incinerator is provided to collect waste heat of exhaust gas by installing a heat exchanger in a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION: A volatile organic compound incinerator comprises a combustion chamber(10) and a spraying part(40). The combustion chamber has a burner(20) and an exhaust gas chamber(60). The burner is coupled with a burner fixing part(101). The exhaust gas chamber is coupled with the outside of the burner fixing part. The other side of a blower(61) is coupled with a combustion gas inlet port(601) of an exhaust gas chamber through a flange. The spraying part is composed of a swirl pipe(42) and a nozzle(41). The swirl pipe is combined with a through-hole(103) of an inclined wall(102) of a combustion chamber. The cross section of the swirl pipe is identically formed from an entrance to an exit.
