PURPOSE: A pipe joint device with superior water-tightness is provided to facilitate quick installation and reduce construction badness. CONSTITUTION: A pipe joint device with superior water-tightness comprises a packing(30), a pressing wheel(20), a stopper(50), and a combining unit. If a first pipe to be connected is inserted, the packing is inserted into an insertion hole(11) of a connection socket of a second pipe to be connected. An inlet contact surface(32) of the packing has an inclination corresponding to the inner incline(11a) of a pipe inlet. The pressing wheel has a pipe-through hole(21) with an inclined stopper contact surface. The pressing wheel moves toward the connection socket.
