<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for improving usability and operation efficiency for a user in confirmation output. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming apparatus includes: an image forming part 400 for performing image forming processing for main output and image forming processing for confirmation output; a control part 601 for controlling image forming processing by the image forming part 400 based on job setting information; and a touch panel 502 for instructing the suspension of the image forming processing for confirmation output, and for selecting processing to be executed after the suspension of the image forming processing for confirmation output from among a plurality of preset selectable processing.
