PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize ball put-out device for a Pachinko game machine which is capable of reducing the size of the whole of the device by reducing the range of operation of a guide means for guiding game balls when the game balls are discharged. SOLUTION: The prize ball put-out device for the Pachinko game machine includes: a put-out rotor 15 capable of putting out a prescribed number of game balls as prize balls; a feed-side passage 16 for feeding game balls to the put-out rotor 15; a put-out-side passage 17 for guiding the put-out game balls to a tray side; a ball discharging passage 18 for discharging game balls; and the guide means 19 for guiding the game balls in the feed-side passage 16 to the ball discharging passage 18. The guide means 19 has a rib 19a slidable between a first position across the ball discharging passage 18 and a second position retreating from the ball discharging passage 18.
