<p>A method, a base station and a system for sending messages. The method for sending messages includes: obtaining the discontinuous reception DRX parameters of terminals, deciding the discontinuous transmission DTX parameters of the base station according to the DRX parameters, and sending pilot and broadcasting messages periodically according to the DTX parameters. The aims of saving time and frequency resources, reducing interference to neighboring cells and power saving can be achieved with the method.</p> |
