<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board coil as an electromagnetic noise absorbing element which is formed using conductor patterns formed on a wiring board and connected to a motor so structured as to increase in wiring width. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The board coils 6 and 7 are formed using conductor patterns formed on resin films constituting the wiring board 9, and the conductor patterns are each wound around center axes X and Y at angles of equal to or larger than halves of circumferences (≥180°), and less than the circumferences (<360°). Consequently, the conductor patterns are not wound a plurality of times, so each of the conductor patterns may have a wider wiring width than when wound a plurality of times. Then larger currents can flow as first and second coil parts 61a and 61b, and 71a and 71b formed of the conductor patterns have wider wiring widths, and inductances increase, so that the board coils 6 and 7 serve as the electromagnetic noise absorbing elements connected to the motor 1.
