<p>A method for monitoring a manufacturing process in a textile plant such as a spinning mill is applied when raw material is processed in the manufacturing process in several processing steps into intermediate products and an end product is produced. Parameters (301, 303, 312, 393) of the raw material, the intermediate products and/or the end product are measured in at least two different processing steps, stored in a database (300) and linked in an index file (3002). Thus the employed qualities of a lot are as close as possible to the quality of a lot which can also be designated as necessary quality of a lot in order to offer the yarn quality provided for a delivery agreement.</p> |
