摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate in an electronic device or a photoelectronic device containing a conjugated conductive polymer, using a composite film comprising a substrate layer, which includes a film whose shrinkage is less than 1% at 230&deg;C for 30 minutes, and a barrier layer on a surface of the substrate layer. <P>SOLUTION: A layer containing poly(ethylene naphthalate) is treated by stretching, heat-setting and heat-stabilizing processes to produce a substrate layer including a film whose shrinkage is less than 1% at 230&deg;C for 30 minutes.
