<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual sense assisting system capable of assisting the visual sense of a driver in a front direction of a vehicle, while suppressing cost increase. <P>SOLUTION: The visual sense assisting system includes: a headlight 3 having a high beam LED as a visible light source on the high beam side; a camera 4 photographing and outputting an area in front of an own vehicle, including a projecting range of the headlight 3; a HUD 5 displaying the image photographed by the camera; and a control part 7 controlling to turn on/off the headlight 3, controlling to open/close a shutter of the camera 4 and displaying the photographed image, which has been output by the camera 4, on the HUD 5. The control part 7 includes a pulse light emission control means 12 making the high beam LED 10 subjected to pulse light emission at a predetermined duty ratio, and a shutter opening/closing control means 13 controlling to open the shutter of the camera 4 only when the high beam LED is made subjected to light emission by the pulse light emission control means 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
