<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of filling works in a transport pallet, thereby loading them on the pallet. <P>SOLUTION: The transport pallet 10 utilizes the through-holes 28 formed in the connecting rods 20 (a type of work). The works are loaded on the transport pallet by filling a plurality of connecting rods into the transport pallet 10. The transport pallet 10 includes a guide rod 30 and a pallet base 14. The guide rod 30 is inserted into the through-holes 28 of the connecting rods 20, thereby positioning the connecting rods 20. The guide rod 30 is attached to the pallet base 14 so as to be detachable. Since the connecting rods 20 are positioned by the guide rod 30 inserted into their through-holes 28, the need for partitions formed between the connecting rods 20 can be eliminated.
