PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially stretched polyamide laminated film having high oxygen barrier properties, suppressed in the occurrence of crosslinked gel caused by the crosslinking reaction of EVOH, further enhanced in adhesion strength between respective layers and having a capacity hard to cause the inter-laminar peeling and having no omission problem of printing. SOLUTION: The biaxially stretched polyamide laminated film has a polyamide layer, a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (B) layer, a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (A) layer, the saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (B) layer and the polyamide layer in this order and is constituted by piling up these layers by a co-extrusion method. The content of the ethylene unit of the copolymer (A) is 20-30 mol%, the content of the ethylene unit of the copolymer (B) is higher than that of the ethylene unit of the copolymer (A) by 30 mol% or above and the biaxially stretched polyamide laminated film is stretched 2-5 times in the flow direction thereof and a direction which is orthogonal to the flow direction.
