PURPOSE: A liquefied natural gas transfer apparatus is provided to supply various transfer paths by enforcing the transfer of the liquefied natural gas. CONSTITUTION: A liquefied natural gas transfer apparatus comprises a loading arm(110). The loading arm is installed in the reinforcing structure. When balance weights(119a,119b) of the loading arm rotate, a cargo space of a floating material is prevented from the interference of the balance weight. The balance weight is horizontally installed on the cargo space one side of the floating material. A position fixing unit guides the connection of a transfer pipe(118) of a manifold(104) of the other floating material.
