A plugging system (1) is described, comprising at least one bell adapted to be assembled on a valve installed on a hole made on a duct for transporting water, gas or other pressurised fluids, such duct being preferably made of a plastic material like polyethylene PE, and at least one rod (3) centrally sliding inside such bell, a lower end of such rod (3) cooperating with at least one plugging device (5) of such duct and an upper end of such rod (3) cooperating with an actuating device (7) controlling an operating placement of such plugging device (5) inside such duct through at least one actuating kinematism, such plugging device (5) comprising at least one expansion-type plugging disk (15) made in a single piece. An actuating device (7) is further described. |
