PURPOSE: A system for improving encoding speed of radio frequency identification tag and operating method thereof are provided to encoding and verifying a plurality of RFID tags through one RFID terminal and antennas, thereby improving an encoding speed. CONSTITUTION: An RFI terminals(220,230) receives an appointed information form a host PC, and outputs RFID tag encoding and verification information. Antennas(221~224,231~234) receives ID obtained by performing a tag identification command for performing the RFID tag for performing encoding or identifying the RFID tag according to the set use. When encoding is performed, a printer controller(240) transmits the encoding command to the RFID terminal. When identifying is performed, the printer controller compares RFID tag ID obtained by performing an encoding and ID obtained by performing the tag identify command. |
