PURPOSE: A data relay method in a wireless communication system based on TDD(Time Division Duplexing) is provided to enhance effectiveness of resource allocation by enabling data relay without additional resource allocation for a relay station. CONSTITUTION: An RS(Relay Station) transmits data to a BS(Base Station)(S210). The relay station relays the data of the base station to a MS(Mobile Stations)(S230). The relay station receives uplink data from the Mobile Stations(S250). The relay station receives downlink data from the base station. The relay station relays downlink data to the Mobile Stations(S260).
