The electric field generator supplies an electroosmotic flow to the micro-fluidic chip. The pump supplies a pressure driving flow to the micro-fluidic chip. The micro-fluidic chip includes a plurality of channels The micro-fluidic chip is designed to be possible to measure the slip speed measurement according to the channel width variation and to selectively realize the solution flow of the inside of the channel by the pressure driving and electroosmosis.
