摘要 <p>The device comprises a stationary upper bridge (8), a support present below the bridge, a drive, and a control unit connected with the drive, where a coated substrate (6) is put on to the upper bridge on the support. At the upper bridge, a tool is mounted and movably arranged in y-direction. The tool is a laser head (9) that directs a first laser beam on the substrate from top. A suction funnel (10) of a suction unit is equipped in a predetermined interval adjoining to the laser head. Below the support, a lower bridge is equipped parallel to the upper bridge. The device comprises a stationary upper bridge (8), a support present below the bridge, a drive, and a control unit connected with the drive, where a coated substrate (6) is put on to the upper bridge on the support. At the upper bridge, a tool is mounted and movably arranged in y-direction. The tool is a laser head (9) that directs a first laser beam on the substrate from top. A suction funnel (10) of a suction unit is equipped in a predetermined interval adjoining to the laser head. Below the support, a lower bridge is equipped parallel to the upper bridge on which a laser scanner (2) is arranged in y-direction movable below the suction funnel. The support is a carrier support on which the substrate is transported in x-direction. In the carrier support, recesses are arranged that correspond with the edge strip so that a second laser beam coming from the laser scanner is strike on the substrate from bottom. The laser head is pivotable around 90[deg] and three suction funnels are mounted opposite to each other with the predetermined interval to the laser head on upper sledge. The lower bridge is movable to the upper bridge around the predetermined interval in x-direction with different directions so that the laser scanner is arranged to laser head in x-direction around the predetermined interval. The lower bridge is stationary and forms a frame with the upper bridge. On the lower bridge, the laser scanner is mounted on a cross recess in order to arrange to the laser head in x-direction. The suction funnel is mounted firmly at the upper sled and the laser head is pivotably arranged in the predetermined interval around 180[deg] to the suction funnel. The laser scanner is movably mounted on the lower sled only in x-direction. A vertically movable first breaking cutter is arranged parallel to the upper bridge and a vertically movable second breaking cutter is arranged in y-direction in order to break the substrate along the formed separation cracks. The drives are connected with a common control for single movements.</p>
