The assembly has a filter (7) fixed in a receptacle (6) that is arranged between an aspiration pipe (4) and a delivery pipe (5). The receptacle is screwed with a lid (8) and equipped with an unscrewing unit for unscrewing the lid from the receptacle. The unscrewing unit is provided with an arm connected to the lid, so that the unscrewing unit is passed from a deployed position in which a free end of the arm exceeds a perimeter of the lid for application of turning torque to unscrew the lid, to a retracted position in which the free end of the arm is moved closer to the lid.
