<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display system that can increase effects on customer gathering to an advertiser by distributing advertisement which is effective to a person who uses a place where the system is arranged. <P>SOLUTION: An information storage means where information to be distributed as planned and interrupt information to aperiodically be distributed are recorded, an information display means such as a display, a video input means such as a video camera, and a group detecting and deciding means of deciding whether there is a group from a picture inputted from the video input means are connected to at least a network, and the group detecting and deciding means informs the information storage means of whether there is the group, and the information storage means outputs the information to be distributed as planend to the information display means when there is no group and outputs the interrupt information to aperiodically be distributed to the information display means by interrupting the information to be distributed as planned. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
