<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a solution, by extracting vegetable chlorophyll from leaves and stems of sweet hydrangea, Japanese horseradish, or the like, with an alcohol, and to provide a screen with a light-emitting diode, given by reclaiming and utilizing remained sediment of the solution. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the solution of the chlorophyll comprises powdering the stems and the leaves of the plant by rolling them with hands, filling the powder into a copper vessel, heating the powder at 50-90°C, fermenting it, by interposing it between layers made of straws of rice, to form a dry powder, mixing the dry powder with an alcohol in a glass vessel to form a liquid mixture, subjecting the mixture to soaking, settling, and statically standing, then forming the solution of the extracted chlorophyll after removing sediment from the mixture, and further distilling and evaporating the alcohol from the solution by heating it with an induction current, so as to obtain the colored solution of the chlorophyll having an alcohol content of ≤0.3 degree. Further, lignin is removed from the solution with a filter and the chlorophyll is merchandized as a green extract liquid, so that the liquid is utilized for accelerating blood circulation, improving the constitution, such as treatment for hypertension and diabetes, and processing foods such as a health food, a health drink, and a bath preparation. The sediment which is remained after completion of extraction of the liquid mixture is combined with the light-emitting diode, so that the health screen with the light-emitting diode to which antibacterial, deodorizing, moistureproof, and dew condensation preventive effects are given is produced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
