PURPOSE: A composition for a deco-tile bottom layer is provided to apply the composition to a calendar method and an extrusion T-Die method of a construction, and to prevent a generation of dioxine and hydrogen cyanide when burning. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a deco-tile bottom layer contains 100 parts of polyolefin resin by weight, 10~40 parts of polyethylene modified resin by weight, 50~150 parts of elastomer by weight, 0.5~1 parts of antioxidant by weight, and 0.5~1 parts of processing activator by weight. The polyolefin resin contains more than one compound selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, a polypropylene ethylene copolymer, a poly(propylene-butene) copolymer, and a polyethylene alphaolefin copolymer.
